Simply send an email requesting a commission, providing your name and address, and if it is a gift for someone else, the recipients details ,and then follow the steps below.

1: Provide a photo that captures the character of the subject (as a print, by email as a jpeg or on a disk as a jpeg or tiff). It is important to ensure that the picture is at least 4 inches tall and shows the subjects face (especially the eyes) in detail. It must be well lit and in focus. THE BETTER THE PHOTO THE BETTER THE FINISHED PIECE. All photos or disks will be returned with the finished  piece. you will be informed when your photo gets to me and given an estimated completion date. (Current waiting times are 3 weeks).

2:Choose a size: (See prices) Single subject can be provided on either A4 or A3 dependent on your preference. We recommend that more than one subject be placed on the A3 size (maximum of 3). If you have more than 3 subjects please let us know if you want all single A4 or multiple subjects on multiple A3.

3: Our current turnaround time is 3 weeks from receiving your photograph (although we offer a FAST TRACK (click here) service for an extra cost). At busier times of the year this turnaround time may change. You can check our current turnaround time by clicking this link.

4: Once finished we will email a low resolution proof for your approval. Simply reply to our email and your finished piece will be mounted and ready for delivery. Any commission not cleared within 7 days will be kept on file for a further 7 days then destroyed.

5: Following receipt and clearance of payment, (see prices) your commission will be posted to your chosen address with a personalised message of your choice.
